Team members often differ in knowledge, skills, abilities, roles, backgrounds and are brought together to work on a task for a better use of resources to get quality work done in less time than having one person to do the task alone. Effective teamwork in organisations has to be done wisely through mutual trust and respect and have to be led in a careful way by managers and team leaders. To be a team member implies patience, tolerance and self-control while collaborating with other members, everyone possessing a different behaviour and personality. Team leaders are trained by experts to achieve the project targetswhile being sustained by them to develop the ability of creating cohesive teams. Being a team leader implies knowledge and expertise, huge responsibilities such as coaching for team building, finding viable solutions to tackle work impediments, making appropriate decisions which might change organisation and employees future in a positive or negative direction. Team leaders have to take into account not only their duties but all those of their members, be serious timekeepers, encourage team players share knowledge, ideas and use a multitasking work style.
Propensity to learn depends in main part on the employees’ character and education but remuneration is an important work incentive which triggers employees’ desire to develop and maintain a their enthusiasm towards learning how to accomplish tasks professionally. Motivation is a personality key factor of which employers should work it out leading to work recognition and rewards once employees generate quality work within the organisation. However leaders need to manage teams efficiently and persuade members develop leaning agility; approaching meambers with an attitude of open-mindedness and acceptance (lack of being judgemental), bright ideas will arise and work productivity will be enhanced. Business savvy and personality of leaders influence team member’s learning to acquire mindsets and competences suitable for project’s success.

We choose to be part of a team depending on our sense of belonging, our mentality, and way of attitude and behaviour . More exactly we have to identify with other team members to feel comfortable rather than having to confront with complex situations later. In my case I cannot be part of a team that hasn’t the determination to fulfill the tasks and duties of the role. For me it’s important to join a team that suits my proactive personality, where I can find challenge, cooperation and a willingness to accomplish responsibilities and attain project satisfaction.
The best way of learning is through debate and knowledge sharing, a powerful interaction with team members helps you overcome mistakes, gain experience and improve learning. To succeed a team needs the capability to explore and experiment to develop a common approach. Communication and experiencesharing between menbers mean a lot for the team’s performance because through discussions issues are adjusted and help work to be done effectively. Experiences either agreeable or not can be harnessed to improve thinking, mentality and professional activity. Every day is another lesson that teaches you how to adapt and respond to forthcoming challenges. An exemplar team takes action through research and smart judgments to keep work on the right track.
Working as part of a team involves a mind that observes other member’s thinking, behaviour and reactions. Hence learning in teams occurs when members engage in behaviours that increase the amount of stimulation that is needed to conducta higher engagement and desire to create a wealthy teamwork experience.
